Which foreign citizens can attend the events? Are there any restrictions?
Today, the process of obtaining a visa to enter Russia is the same as it was prior to the pandemic. On 15 July 2022, the Russian government cancelled its decree from 16 March 2020, which restricted the entry of foreign citizens into Russia due to COVID-19. Moreover, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has signed a circular order on issuing visas to participants in the Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia 2022.
This means that the event’s doors are now open to all foreign participants and visitors.
Are there any restrictions related to COVID-19 in the event area?
At present, all restrictions on holding mass events in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region have been lifted and masks are no longer required. Any changes will be updated in the visiting rules on the official website of the expo and forum.
