A roundtable "Environmental Refrigeration Technologies for the Fish Processing Industry of the Russian Federation" is planned within the framework of the Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia 2021 business program.
The event will take place on the second day, September 9, from 14:00 to 15:30 in Conference Hall D1. Organizers: GEA, International Center for Scientific and Technical Information and Murmansk State Technical University (MSTU).
Participants will discuss topical issues, including:
legal restrictions on the use of ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases as refrigerants; alternative solutions for the fishery industry of the Russian Federation;
the project of the Arctic Council for the removal of ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases in the fishery industry of the Murmansk region;
international scientific and educational initiatives in the field of the fishing industry, including the creation and development of a regional training center for low-temperature technologies for the fishery complex on the basis of MSTU;
Engineering for a better world - the best world practices and high international standards in ecology and energy efficiency, solutions using natural refrigerants for new and reconstructed fish processing enterprises (application on ships, onshore production facilities, warehouse and logistics complexes).
